Mission Statement:
The Brothers in Christ ministry is designed to intentionally draw men to God and to each other, while applying the principle of Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” The aim is to strengthen the laymen leadership in the church. Therefore, the Brothers in Christ ministry will be grounded in biblical truth, prayer, and as inspired by Christ-centered praise and worship. The framework of the approach, instruction, and counseling will nurture godliness and holiness, within a masculine context. The aim of the ministry is to equip faithful men with biblical and spiritual resources, training, and support, to facilitate the making of godly men who keep their commitments and promises. Having been proactively encouraged, these men will then be able to enhance, influence, compliment, and support the mission of Rayfield Baptist Church, for Christ.
